Smash the potato very smooth. Add all dry ingredients in the smashed potatoes. Make small balls keep aside.

Similarly grate the boiled eggs. Add cheese and other masalas. Mix well, divided into small balls.

Take potato ball and make it like a katori. Keep one egg ball in the potato katori and close it properly.

Make all the balls like this only.

Beat egg white and deep all balls one by one and coat with panko breadcrumbs.

Heat ample amount of oil and fry the croquettes on the medium heat.

Serve croquettes with any kind of dip
