Aaloo Paratha

In a bowl add wheat flour and salt, mix well.

Using little by little water knead soft dough. Cover and keep aside.

In another bowl add mashed potatoes, chilli garlic paste, chopped coriander leaves, dill leaves and salt. Mix well.

Now take medium portion from dough, roll in dry flour and roll small puri, put 2tbsp filling in it.

Cover it and press it lightly, again roll in dry flour and roll medium sized roti.

Heat tawa and cook paratha on both sides till done,apply oil on both sides till crisp. Aaloo paratha is ready to serve
