#cookwithnazia
Asalamo Alikum, l know we are not familiar with aspic. It's a southern area side dish in which tomato gravy is used as a jello base along with other vegetables.Unique in it's own way. Authentic and believe me it taste more juicy and yummy than the normal dry salad

Asalamo Alikum, l know we are not familiar with aspic. It's a southern area side dish in which tomato gravy is used as a jello base along with other vegetables.Unique in it's own way. Authentic and believe me it taste more juicy and yummy than the normal dry salad
Steps
- 1
Grind the tomatoes into a very fine paste
- 2
In the mould in which the gravy to be added, grease it and place the vegetables and pasta in it
- 3
In another glass bowl add 3 tablespoon from the tomato purree and 1 tablespoon of powder gelatin in it.Mix it. Allow the gelatin to set in the mixture for 1 minute. Then place the bowl in oven and heat it up to it's boiling point. Then add the remaining mixture and vigorously mix it
- 4
Pour the batter into the mould and cover it with a wrapping foil
- 5
Place it in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight. Yummy and delicious tomato aspic salad is ready to be eaten as a side dish with rice or any fried item 😋

P. And. It's basically the gelatin that sets the aspic salad, so work carefully with it and preferably refrigerate the aspic overnight, so that the gelatin set completely 😊l hope you like my efforts
