So many types of fritters can be made, today I have choosen spinach and onion to go with the gram flour into the oil and make crispy bajiya. Check out what else was added..

Firstly chopped onions and spinach keep aside.

Now add besan, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt, ajwain, baking soda, dry mango powder into spinach and onion add water as required to make a thick paste.

Heat the oil in kadai and fry this batter by putting a spoonful into the oil on meduim low flame. Till golden brown. It's ready. Enjoy with a cup of tea.
