  1. 1 cupBesan
  2. 1 cupChopped spinach
  3. 1 bigChopped onion
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tbspGreen chili paste
  6. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  7. 1 tspAjwain
  8. 1 tspDry mango powder
  9. 1 pinchBaking soda
  10. as neededWater
  11. As requriedOil for frying

  1. 1

    Firstly chopped onions and spinach keep aside.

  2. 2

    Now add besan, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt, ajwain, baking soda, dry mango powder into spinach and onion add water as required to make a thick paste.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil in kadai and fry this batter by putting a spoonful into the oil on meduim low flame. Till golden brown. It's ready. Enjoy with a cup of tea.
