Ingredients

  1. 1 CupPlain Noodles or maggi
  2. as requiredWater
  3. As neededOil
  4. 1big onion
  5. as requiredFew ginger and garlic julliened
  6. 2Few green chillies
  7. 1carrot julliened
  8. 1Few beans julliened
  9. 1Capsicums julliened
  10. 1Cabbage julliened
  11. 5sausages
  12. as per tastePepper
  13. As per taste Salt
  14. as neededSpring onions
  15. For making sauce
  16. 3 tablespoon tomato sauce
  17. 1 tablespoonsoya sauce
  18. 1 tablespoonchilli sauce
  19. 1 tablespoonvinegar
  20. 1/2 tablespoonsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients for sauce and keep aside

    In a pan add oil and saute ginger garlic and green chillies. To this add onion and all the veggies(I used only carrots and beans)and saute till it's raw smell goes.add cooked and chopped sausages and saute well.

    Mean while cook noodles with little oil and salt in water.strain and keep aside.make sure to add some oil after strained so that the noodles doesn't stick to each other.

    To the sauted veggies add masala powder (if using maggi)add cooked noodles and mix well.

    Now add the prepared sauce mixture and mix well. Add in pepper powder and salt as required.(remember sauce hav enough salt in it so put accordingly).(I added sausage at this stage but you can add along with the veggies.)

    Garnish with spring onions or coriander leaves.
