Steps

Take one pan. Keep it on medium flame. Add oil when heated add cumin seeds. When cracked add chopped onion, green chilli and salt

Roast till onion turns it's colour than add gram flour and let gram flour saute for min than add tomato puree

Allow tomato puree saute properly. Than add finely cut cashew nuts and messed kasuri methi. Allow them to saute for while

Than add masale.. turmeric, red chilli powder, danhiya powder and salt(if needed) mix well

Than add paneer to the gravy. Mix well and cover the lid of pan. Keep it on low flame. So all masale mix well with paneer.

After few mins add garammasala again mix well. And keep on low flame for a min
- 7
After a min paneer burji is ready to serve.
