Ingredients

15-20 mins

3 people

2 cupswheat flour
2 tbspkasoori methi
3 tbspoil
As requiredOil for shallow frying
1 tbspsesame seeds(till)
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspginger chilli paste
to tasteSalt
1 tspdhaniya powder
as required jeera powder
as requiredCurd for binding the dough

Mix all the ingredients and make a dough. And let it rest for 10 mins.

Make small balls and roll it.

Now put it on a preheated tawa flip and apply oil on both the sides and fry it.

Serve it with chilli pickle or curd.
