Steps

Heat a deep fryer to 365 degrees

Prepare all other ingredients. Warm beans and season to taste.

Add chicken to a skillet. Cook until no longer pink. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning and 2/3 cup water. Cook until water turns into a thick sauce.

Deep fry sopes for 3 minutes. Remove and drain oil well.

Plate sopes. Spread with beans. Sprinkle queso fresco over. Add chicken, then pico. Top with shredded cheddar, sour cream, avocado slices, and cilantro. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
