Ingredients

30-40mins
1-2 servings
  • 1 cupsabudana (tapioca pearls) soaked for 3-4 hours
  • 1 cuppotato (boiled and grated)
  • 1/4 cup(red and green bell peppers, carrots) finely chopped
  • Note: The veggies should be 1/3rd in total and not each
  • 3-4green chillies chopped
  • 1 tbspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbspajwain(caraway seeds)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tbsppaprika powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves

Steps

30-40mins
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients and bring the mixture to a shape as shown below.

    Do not add too many ingredients (veggies)..it would break the binding. Just as per the quantity mentioned in the description.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan and fry those sabudana donuts in medium heat until cooked and crispy.
