Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cupcoarse semolina (smeed)
  • 1/2 cupshredded coconut
  • 1/2 cupmelted butter
  • 1 1/2 cupyogurt
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • Topping
  • 21/2 cuppistachio
  • 3 cupssimple syrup

    Mix the smeed and coconut with the butter and set aside for whole day not less than 8 hours then add the other ingredients

  2. 2

    Using a pot 8x12 sprayed with butter and tahini spread the mixture and flat it with spoon and hit it twice over the counter do the air bubbles get out cut it to squares add the almonds on top

  3. 3

    Reheat the oven to 350 f and cook it for 50 minutes while it’s hot add the cold syrup on top and let it set for 2 hours before serving enjoy 😉
