An amazingly delish dish that is absolutely a stunner. In this particular recipe, I have used Yoghurt to give it a creamy texture with a few spices along with Goat Liver, Kidneys, Lungs and Heart. Infact I always make this during Bakra Eid as a speciality dish for Breakfast but Yoghurt is not used in this. The above dish is also a lovely variation with Yoghurt as one of the main ingredient. Indulge in this on any occasion, be it a weekend special meal or even on an everyday basis. The best part is that it can be relished both with Rotis and Rice. It's basically a semi thick Gravy. Enjoy!

Steps
- 1
Wash and clean all the parts thoroughly. Chop them into bite sized pieces. Keep aside until use.
- 2
In the Pressure Cooker, heat Oil and saute Onions with ginger garlic paste until light brownish in colour. Add the chopped parts with all the ingredients or spices mentioned including slit Green Chillies and half of freshly chopped Coriander Leaves. Mix well and saute for about 5 minutes on a low heat.
- 3
Beat the Yoghurt really well. Add this to the cooker. Keep the heat on a low only. Cover and cook further for about 5-8 more minutes. As Yoghurt releases a lot of water, make sure you add accordingly when it's pressure cooked. Pressure cook it for 10-12 whistles or more as required. Do not over cook.
- 4
Let the pressure settle down on it's own before opening the lid. Adjust Salt according to your preference. Garnish with finely chopped Coriander Leaves. Enjoy!
