Ingredients

  • 2medium sized boil potatoes
  • 1 tbspOnion
  • Black pepper 1/4th tsp
  • 1/2 tspChat masala
  • 3 tbspRice flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 packMaggie
  • 1/4 cupRice flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 cupWater

Steps

15minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl,grate the boiled potatoes,add chopped onion,chat masala,black pepper,salt to taste,rice flour and mix well.

    Take a portion on your palm and to give a shape of your choice.

    Take Maggie packets and crunch the Maggie with ur hands...take a plate and keep it aside.

    Take another plate,add Maggie masala,salt as per taste,add rice flour and water,mix well.

    Take the potato mixture and deep into the cornflour batter and Coat it with the crushed Maggie.

    Heat a kadai,add the potato noodles and deep fry it until it looks golden brown.
