Steps

For Layer 1, Mix paneer and salt.

For Layer 2,Mix peas, green chilli, coriander and salt.

For Layer 3,Mix carrot, salt and red chilli.

For Last Layer (Outer) : Dip bread slices into water and squeeze. Mix potato, bread, salt, red
chilli, garam masala and amchoor. - 5
Now grease your hands, make a roll of paneer mixture.

Cover it with peas mixture, then carrot mixture.

Finally cover the roll with potato mixture from all sides.

Brush the roll with milk and cover it with sewai.

Heat oil and deep fry the roll. [first drop the roll on high heat and then fry on medium heat till
golden brown]. - 10
Serve these ‘Potato Surprise’ with green chutney and tomato ketchup.

While serving, cut the rolls lengthwise.
