Ingredients

  • 1 cupflour
  • 1/2 cupdahi(curd)
  • 4 spoonssugar
  • 1 tbspcardamon powder
  • 1/2 tbspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Add sugar, cardamon powder, ghee mix it in flour then gradually add dahi and mix it. Add a little water make a soft dough.

    Cover and leave it for 10 mins then again mash it with both hands then roll it and cut with a katori or round shape cutter and deep fry until golden brown.
