Cut the baby potatoes in round.

Take a pan put 2 tsp oil and heat it. Then add mustard seeds and Jeera stir it till it splutters.

Then add potatoes and stir fry on medium flame till it becomes little crisp and brown.

When done Then add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt as per taste and coat the masala nicely.

Your potato fry bhaji or batata chya kaachrya is ready to serve.
