Take a bowl, add tamarind juice, on the stove now, now add pinch turmeric and salt and mix well until tamarind juice turn into puree.

Now take a pan, add oil and all dry ingredients and dry chilli & ginger piece and fry for 2 minutes, add green chilies, salt, turmeric and now add tamarind puree which we have prepared and fried peanut, and turmeric and salt and mix well.

Once all ingredients are mix well, add boiled rice and mix well.
