Heat ghee in a pan, add finely chopped Fenugreek leaves and saute for 2-3 minutes. Keep it aside.

Now heat oil in a pan and add onions. Saute until it's transparent.

Now to the onions, add ginger, garlic and green chillies and saute until the raw smell of garlic disappears. And now add melon seeds. Saute for a minute and turn off the flame. Let it cool.

Add cashews and onion mixture into a smooth paste in a mixture jar.

Heat ghee in a kadai, add the grounded paste and stir. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add the boiled green peas to the gravy and mix.

Now add the sauteed Fenugreek leaves, now add salt as per taste,sugar and mix well. Cook for 4-5 minutes.

Finally add the fresh cream and turn off the flame. Serve hot
