Spinach lotus root sabzi

Take a cooker and boil spinach.than remove from cooker and cut the lotus Root and also boil them.

Than for gravy take a mixer jar add chopped onions and grind it than in cooker add oil onion paste and let it be golden brown add Ginger garlic green chilli paste and cook for 2 minutes than add tomato Puree salt red chilli powder haldi powder garam masala then cook until oil comes out.

Add boil ground spinach lotus roots and chopped potatoes in gravy cook for 5 mints on low flam than add water.and cook for 5 minutes your sabji is ready for serve.
