Gujarati Methi Thepla 🤤

To make Methi Thepla,combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using approx 3/4 cup of water.

Divide the dough into equal portion and roll out each portion into a 150mm diameter circle using a little whole wheat flour for rolling.

Heat a non-stick tawa and cook each circle,on a medium flame, using 1 tsp oil,till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.

Serve the Methi Thepla hot with chunda or pickle.
