Every morning I try new breakfast recipes this is one of them..
Steps

Take a pot boil water add black pepper, salt and ginger paste in it while boiling.

Add suji in it and mix well continuously..

Dough like consistency will occur transfer in other containerlet it cool for a while..

Knead dough well make small balls..

Take a steamer and steam all balls for 8 to 10 min..

Now take a pan and add 1/2 tablespoon oil add mustard seeds,hing, urad dal curry leaves and when urad dal gets golden add all spices add little salt after taste if required..

Mix it well and cover it for 2 min garnish with coriander leaves suji balls are ready to serve..
