Steps

Mix sugar ginger and margarine together

Mix flour baking icing sugar and cinnamon together.

Mix all of the above into a dough if you feel it's dry add a table spoon of milk.

Refrigerate for 30 mins, then roll out and cut as you desire. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
