I'll hopefully be posting more venison recipes in the next few months, but for now, here's the next trial of deer Jerky. My wife, kids, coworkers, and friends have said to keep this one and not change anything so here we go.

I'll hopefully be posting more venison recipes in the next few months, but for now, here's the next trial of deer Jerky. My wife, kids, coworkers, and friends have said to keep this one and not change anything so here we go.

Slice Venison into thin strips

Combine all the ingredients in a ziplock freezer bag.

Mix everything around in the bag. Make sure all side and parts of the meat get coated
- 4
Place bag in refrigerator at overnight. Mix around a few times while curing
- 5
Drain in strainer
- 6
Dehydrate@ 160°F for 6 +/- hours
- 7
Note: this was probably enough marinade to do 4-5lbs of meat. However you must use Tenderquick at a 1tbs/lb ratio
