Take 1 cup besan in a mixing bowl.

Add all the ingredients except water and oil.

Add water little by little and mix it with a whisk so that there are no lumps formed. You can always add in more water if required

Heat up a tawa add a bit oil and pour 2 spoons batter. Thickness is up to you. Gently spread the batter in circle.

Once cooked from one side. Flip it and cook. Sprinkle some oil on both sides.

It's ready! Serve hot.

Notes: 1. you can make stuffed chillas also. 2. Batter should not be too thin or too thick. 3. Serve with some ketchup or coriander chutney.
