  1. ingredients:
  2. 1 bunchpalak leaves / spinach / baby spinach
  3. 2 tspoil
  4. 1green chili / green chilli, finely chopped
  5. 1capsicum, finely chopped
  6. 3/4 cupbeans, chopped
  7. 3/4 cuppeas, fresh / frozen
  8. 2potato, boiled and grated
  9. 3/4 cuppaneer / cottage cheese, crumbled
  10. 3 tbspcoriander leaves, finely chopped
  11. 1 tbspcorn flour
  12. 2 tbspbreadcrumbs
  13. 1/2 tspkashmiri chili powder / lal mirch powder
  14. 1/2 tspcoriander powder / dhaniya powder
  15. 1 tspaamchur
  16. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  17. 1/4 tspturmeric
  18. to tastesalt
  19. as needed oil for deep frying
  20. 1 cupbreadcrumbs, to coat
  21. 8cashews, halve

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly, in a large kadai heat oil and add green chili.
    also add capsicum and saute till the moisture disappears.
    further add beans and peas. saute well.

    Transfer to the blender and allow to cool completely.
    blend to coarse paste along with blanched palak.
    transfer the blended paste into a large mixing bowl.
    also add grated potato, paneer and coriander leaves.further add corn flour and breadcrumbs.

    Add in the spices and salt.mix well.
    grease hands with oil and make a small patties.
    cover the patties with bread crumbsand garnish with cashew.
    now deep fry the prepared patties into hot oil.

    Fry on medium hot oil, stirring occasionally.
    drain the fried hara bhara kabab onto the kitchen towel.
    finally, serve hara bhara kabab hot with sauce and masala tea.
