First soal the moong dal for 15 min. Then pressure cook it for 2 whistle

Now prepared the things for tadka take palak leaves wash them and all other spices

Now take pan add 2tbsp of oil add cumin seeds and Asfoiteda, khada masala and ginger garlic and green chillis then add onions saute them for 2-3 min. Then add tomatoes cook them well along with that add all the regular spices again cook it for 5-7 min.

Now add palak to tomao mixture and again cook for 2-3 min.

When palak cooks properly add moong dal to it and boil for 7-8 min.

At last add tadka to daal for making tadka take a wok add 1tbsp ghee cumin seeds and chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder add it to daal

Serve daal with rajsthani jadi roti
