In a grinder add spinach blanched white chana salt according to taste and grind it.shift it in a big bowl. Add garam masala sweet corn and bread crumbs to soak it's etc water.

In a bowl add all mix fruits and mayonnaise pinch of black pepper and mix it our salad is ready

Heat up a pan and grill the breads which I cut into different shapes with cutter. Now in the same pan heat a little oil for making tikkis.

For tikki make balls of spinach chana press it add paneer cubes in the center and roll the balls make shape of tikki. Put it in bread crumbs cover it thoroughly. Now put these tikkis in the pan make them crispy on both side.

For plating place grilled bread apply ketchup put cheese slice on it then place tikki on it. On tikki place salad and cover this with another grilled bread.and put on the top salad again a drop of ketchup and a piece of any fruit you like. Our mini burger is ready.
