Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 5-6Idlis
  2. 1sliced onion
  3. 1/2 Cupsliced carrot
  4. 1/2 Cupsliced cucumber
  5. 1 cupChana Dal(soked For half an hour)
  6. 4-5Curry Leaves
  7. 2Dried Red Chillies
  8. 2Green chilli
  9. 1 teaspoonMustard Seeds
  10. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  11. 1 teaspoonsoya sauce
  12. 1 teaspoonvinegar
  13. 1 tablespoontomato ketchup
  14. 2 TablespoonOil
  15. to tasteSalt

Steps

15minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a pan and add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds,curry leaves and red dried chilli.
    Then add onions and stir fry for 2 minutes. Now add sliced carrot, Capsicum and soaked Chana dal to it and stir fry on high flame till vegetables becomes tender and crispy.

    Now add soya sauce,tomato ketchup,vinegar. Mix well and Stir.
    Now Add Salt and Red chilli powder and mix well.
    Add idli and gently toss them until the idli's are coated well with the sauce.

    Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes and turn off the stove.
    Serve hot with coconut chutney.
