Firstly sieve refined flour into a bowl, further add Yeast, sugar, salt, chilli flack,organo and oil mix well all ingredients.

Punch the dough well and knead to smooth and soft dough.

Further, coat the dough with oil and knead if they are not soft.

Tuck the dough well till there are smooth.cover and rest the dough in warm place for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, we can see the dough has raised and doubled in size.

Further, punch the dough to remove the excess air incorporated in the dough.

Dust little maida on working station and further knead for a minute.

And later gently pat to form a round shape. And spread grated garlic and Butter.

Further cut in strips and given a shape as you like and transfer to the baking tray.

Bake preheat oven on 170 degree Celsius for 10-13 minutes.

After baking spread butter on ready garlic sticks.

Garlic stick ready serve with mayonnaise dip.
