Grilled Maggi Egg Toast

Cook one packet of Maggi in 1.5 cup of water along with the Maggi masala (that comes with it). Keep it aside.

Finely chop all the vegetables as mentioned above.

In a mixing bowl, crack two eggs, add the veggies and the cooked Maggi, add little salt and 1tsp of red chili powder and mix everything well. Do not add more salt as the Maggi masala also contains salt.

Now take the bread slices, apply the Maggi egg batter on one side. Brush your grill pan with butter, place the one bread slice upside down (the Maggi side should be downwards).

Cook it on a medium flame for 3-4 mins, apply some butter on the other side of the bread slice, flip it and cook the other side for another 2-3 mins. Repeat this step for all the bread slices.

Take it out of the pan and enjoy with ketchup or your favourite chutney.
