  1. 2raw bananas
  2. As per taste Salt
  3. 1/2 tablespoonturmeric powder
  4. 1/2 tablespoonjira powder
  5. 1/2 tablespoonchat masala
  6. 1/2 teaspoonchilli powder
  7. 1/2 cupbesan
  8. 1/2 cupcorn flour
  9. 1/4 cupatta

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the banana and chop them in the shape you want.

    Add the besan, corn flour, atta, salt, jira powder, turmeric powder, chat masala. Mix them well.

    Take a pan. Add oil and fry them. You can dry fry them for healthier version.

    And your banana fries are ready to serve with coffee.
