1 to 2 servings
  • 500 gmMud Crab
  • 1 pcLemongrass
  • 300 mlWater
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 5 tbspTomato Sauce
  • 4 tbspChili Sauce
  • 8 pcsChopped Chili
  • 1/2 tspVinegar
  • 4 tbspCooking Oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat up the wok and placed all the ingredients into the wok except the crab.

  2. 2

    Once it's boiled then put in the crab and covered for 10 to 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Put in an egg and stirring and ready to be served
