Take one pan. Keep it on high flame. Add one teaspoon oil. When water starts boil add noodles

When noodles boiled. Drain it on sieve. Apply some oil alon noodles drain in sieve

Cut vegetables cabbage, onion and capsicum in long shape. Now take pan keep it in medium flame than add oil

Add onion, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste in it. Saute for one minute than add cabbage and capsicum

Now keep flame low and vegetables halfly cooked. When vegetables halfly cooked add Soya sauce and red chilli sauce

Now add noodles, salt, coriander powder, garammasala, ketchup

Mix all ingredients well. Than cover lid for few mins. Veg Hakka noodles is ready to serve
