Ingredients

1 cupwheat flour
1/2 tspbaking powder
1/2 cupGur(Jaggery)
1 cupwater
3-4 tspghee

Steps

1

In a mixing bowl,shift together the wheat flour and baking soda.Add gur,water stir all the ingredients mix well.

Batter should be smooth and of medium thickness.

Heat tawa and slow the flame put ghee and batter on tawa and spread it.
4

After few min.turn the side of pancake.If need add more ghee from sides and cook both sides.

At last pancake is ready to serve it.
