  • Ginger finely Julienne cut
  • Green chilli chopped
  • 4 leavesTez paat
  • 1 pieceBari Elaichi
  • 4 pieceLong
  • 1small piece Daar chini
  • 1 pieceBadiyan
  • 6 pieceBlack pepper
  • Kofta ka salan
  • 1 packetSindhi biryani masala
  • halfteaspoon Zeera
  • halfteaspoon Chinese salt
  • halfpiece Knorr cube
  • 6 pieceAloo bukhara

    Kofta ke salan main sindhi biryani masala dal kar bhun lain

    Ab rice ko pani main bigho kar rahk lain

    Ab jo hara masala hai usko wash kar ke cut kar lain mint leaves, coriander leaves, lemon, green chilli

    Ab walnuts, almonds, ko tawa pa roast kar lain or crushed kar lain ab is main garam masala or coriander,zeera, ko b roast kar lain or in sb cheezon Ko dam ke waqt dalna hai

  5. 5

    Ab hum chawal ko tarka lagain gain dejki main sb se pehly oil,ginger, tez paat, long, black pepper, badiyan, bari Elaichi, daar chini, zeera, dal ke tarka laga lain

  6. 6

    Or ab is main knorr cube dal kar pani dal lain 3 glass chawal hain to 4 glass pani jata hai

  7. 7

    Ab pani ko jab boil a jaye to is main chawal add kar lain jab tak pani main boil nahi aye ga tab tak chawal nahi dalna warna chawal beth jata hai

    Ab chawal ko boil a raha ho to is main salt or Chinese salt add kar lain make sure ke salt perfect ho

  9. 9

    Ab dum pa rahkne se pehly hara masala jo hum ne cut kar ke rahka tha wo or jo dry powder ka mixture banaya wo or food color add kar ke dam pa rahk dain 10 minutes ke liye

  10. 10

    After 10 minutes hum chawal ka dum uthain gey to is mein kofta ka salan dal dain or again 10 minutes ke liye dum de dain
