1.Mix suji, curd,water and salt.

2.Leave it for 15 min.

3.Grease a thali with oil in which you steam the dhokla.
4.Add ginger and chilli paste.Now check the consistency of the batter.It should be of idli batter
like consistency.
5.Boil water for steaming, add eno fruit salt just before steaming the batter. Mix well.
6.Pour the batter into greased thali and steam it for 10-12 min.,cool it.
7.Cut into square pieces and garnish it with coriander leaves.
8.Your oil free Dhokla is ready.
