Boil water and add noodles and cook till done.

Blend the tomatoes into puree.

In pan heat half of oil and cook the noodles till little crispy.flip carefully and cook.

In a kadhai heat oil add chopped onion and saute for few minutes.

Add tomato puree and all masala and cook till oil separates.

Add egg and mix.
- 7
Add fried noodles and noodles masala and toss well.
- 8
To make more spicy mix tomato chilli sauce and serve hot.
