Ingredients

30 mins
4 servings
  • 500 gmMilk
  • 1 tbspDesi Ghee
  • 2 tbspCustard powder
  • as per tasteSugar
  • 1 tbspSabja Seeds
  • As neededFruits (Apple, Bananas, Grapes etc.)
  • 8-10Soaked Almonds
  • 1 tbspGulukand

Steps

  1. 1

    And a pan add ghee and vermicelli and fry lightly on low flame until it becomes golden brown.After frying remove it in a bowl.

    In a pan add milk for boiling. When it starts boiling add fried vermicelli and sugar in it. Cook until it get thick.

    In a small bowl add half cup milk and 2tbsp custard powder.

  4. 4

    Mix it well ; no lumps should be there
    Then add custard slurry in vermicelli milk. Cook it for 2-3mins. Turn off flame after 2-3 mins.

    Keep Vermicelli custard in refrigerator for 2 hours.

  6. 6

    Add sabja seeds in water.

  7. 7

    After 2 hours remove it out from refrigerator.
    Take serving bowl and add 1tbsp sabja seeds above that 4 spoon Vermicelli Custard. Then fruits, Almonds and gulukand. I made two layers like this.

    Garnish it with Apple.
