Wash Spinach leaves and keep it aside. Mix all ingredients of pakoda section apart from spinach leaves and make pakoda batter.

Now dip Spinach leaves and fry them in oil.

In plate place Spinach pakoda and add some imli chutney, spicy chutney, curd. Sprinkle masalas, if salt is needed. At the end sprinkle bhujiya sev.
