Steps

Take sattu in a big mixing bowl, add chopped almonds and cardamom powder mix it well. Now add ghee to prepare the dough. At last, add some milk to get moisture in the dough.

You will get a soft dough. Take a modak mould apply some sugar powder on mould surface and remove it. Then close the mould and insert the dough in it. Now carefully unmould the modak. Enjoy your quick and delicious Modak.
