Ingredients

  • 2-3Aloe Vera leaves
  • 1/4 cupFenugreek seeds
  • 1.5 tbspmustard oil
  • 2 tspmauti sauph / fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp kalaungi /nigella seeds
  • 1/4 tspHaldi powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1.5 tspamchoor
  • 1lemon juice
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 2 tspjaggery powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First soak methi seeds in hot boiling water for 30 mins.

    Wash, cut aloevera into small pieces and boiled it and sieve it.

    Now heat a pan, add oil and all spices, and mix aloevera and methi seeds.

    Cook for 5 mins and it is ready.
