Wash and soak fenugreek seeds in water overnight. Extract coconut milk and set aside.

In a wide vessel add 6 cup of water and salt. Let it boil. when water is boiling add fenugreek seeds and washed rice to it and let it cook on medium flame.

When rice is 3/4 cooked add jaggery in it and continue cooking on low flame.

When rice turns soft, add thick coconut milk and cook for a minute. Stir it so it doesn't stick to the bottom & burn. Once it boils well turn off the flame.

Serve hot top it with some ghee.
