Ingredients

  1. 1 kgsarso saag
  2. 1/2 kgspinach leaves
  3. 50 gmginger chopped
  4. 50 gmgarlic chopped
  5. Handfulgreen chillies
  6. To tastesalt
  7. 2 tspred chilli powder
  8. 4 tspgram flour
  9. 3 tspDesi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    In a cooker add Saag and spinach.

  2. 2

    Now add ginger,chilli and garlic

  3. 3

    Add salt and red chilli.

  4. 4

    Cover with lid and wait until 5 whistles.

  5. 5

    Now open the lid and add flour.

  6. 6

    Blend it with blender.

  7. 7

    Add Desi ghee and cook again for five minutes.

  8. 8

    Saag is ready to serve.
