Peel and wash the potatoes,put them to boil until soft, add a pinch of salt.

As the potatoes boil,boil milk in a separate pot.

Once the potatoes are ready,drain excess water.Now begin mashing the potatoes as you add a potion of hot milk and a scoup of blue band intermittently.Mash through as you add the two ingredients until your achieve your desired taste and texture(add alil bit of salt if need be) NB:Blueband gives the yellow tint and the milk makes it cheesy and creamy.

Saute the onions in another pot.When cooked add tomatoes and garlic.

Cook through until soft then add preboiled beef(I alwaus preboil my beef prior to cooking for hygiene purposes and to make them tender)

When ready add dhania.
