Soak chana dal in water for more than 2-3 hours. drain the water and add dal, chillies,and ginger in mixture bowl,grind it to make a smooth paste.

Add all the ingredients except water in separate bowl. Mix them.add water if need to adjust the thick consistency batter for steaming purpose

In a steamer, put the batter in small portions like idlis.Cook the Bafauri for 10 to 15 minutes in the steamer. Remove them.serve Bafauri as snack with green chutney.
