Steps
- 1
Sift the besan to incorporate air that make the ladoos texture perfect.
- 2
Melt the ghee in a kadhai. Add the besan and roast for at least 20 minutes. To know when the flour is ready, there will be a change in color and an obvious aroma.
- 3
Turn off the stove and sprinkle the milk on the roasted flour. Mix it well and make sure it is not sticking to the bottom of the pan. This makes the mixture fluffy and light.
- 4
Add powder sugar after about ten minutes and mix well.
- 5
Add the roasted nuts and cardamom powder.
- 6
Make ladoos. Enjoy this traditional delicious sweet.
