It’s different from what I have posted earlier. As I always say dals aur very good source of protein..good options for vegetarians..
Steps

Take a pressure cooker, add dal, salt, haldi powder, hing & oil.

Add water accordingly so as to keep dal a lil thick. Place the lid now, give 5 whistles at high flame.

Lower the flame now, cook it for 10- 15 minutes. Open the lid after cooling, stir it nicely. Keep aside.

Take a wok, add ghee, heat it. Add zeera, let it splutter.

Now add onion, stir fry it till brown. Add ginger garlic paste, also add lil water, sauté it for a while.

Now add tomato purée & salt, sauté it for a while.

Add red chilli powder, sprinkle some water, stir it, cook it for a while.

Add garam masala powder & fresh cream, give a stir, cook it until ghee separates.

Add dal, mix well, stir it nicely.

Give a boil, lower the flame, cook it for 3-4 minutes, keep stirring.

Remove it from the flame, take out in serving bowl, garnish it with a drizzle of curd.
