Bitter Gourd Pakora

Cut the bitter gourd in thin and round slices. Coat it with salt. Keep aside for 5-6 minutes.

Take a bowl add gram flour, 1/4 tsp salt, amchur powder and red chilli powder. Add water and make a thick lump free batter.

Wash the bitter gourd with water. Squeeze all the water. Put it in the batter.

Heat oil in a wok. Fry all the pakora on medium heat till it becomes golden brown and crispy.

Transfer it in a serving plate, sprinkle chat masala. Serve it with chutney or any sauce.
