2 tbspsugar
1/4 tspsalt
3/4 cupwater

Mix all ingredients till well combined

Cover and microwave at 1 minute intervals, take out to stir each minute until consistency becomes mochi like

Transfer onto generously dusted tray with soybean powder / corn flour

Cut up into bite sized pieces
