Ingredients

40 min
3 peoples
  • 250 gmslady finger( head and tail cut)
  • half kgmutton meat
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 2 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 cupyogurt
  • 2 bigonion chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • half cupoil

Steps

  1. 1

    First fry onion in a pan in oil till brown

    Take it out keep aside

  3. 3

    In same oil fry lady fingers in it 5 to 6 min take it out keep aside

  4. 4

    Add all spices in it fry well till oil left

    Add meat in it add ginger garlic paste fry till oil left

  6. 6

    Grind brown onion and yogurt in grinder and add it in pan

    Cook in a low flame till oil left

    Add half cup water if meat is not tender when water dry and meat completely tender

  9. 9

    Add lady fingers in it 3 tbsp water and cook for 6 min

  10. 10

    Now yummy bhindi gosht ready to serve
