Delicious carrot delight
Steps

Peel the carrots. Cut and boil them in cooker by adding half small bowl water and sugar.

Let 2 to 3 whistles occur. Open the cooker and now separate the carrot and water.

Mash the carrots. Take a frying pan. Add 1tbsp of ghee. Now add mashed carrots. Keep it on low flame.

Add 1tbsp of cornflour in seperated water. Mix properly. Now add this water in frying pan. Mix thoroughly with carrot and leave for 5 mins on a low flame.

Grease a plasti box with ghee. Pour the ready mixture and tap properly. Refrigerate it for 6 hrs.

Remove and cut into pieces. Take a piece and dip it in coconut powder and garnish it with pistachios.
